Advertising Philosophy

The FreeForums.org brand relieves heavily on user trust and experience. Because we wish for our services to be used by anyone, everything that exists on our network must contribute to the overall user experience, including advertising.

We've created the below guidelines to help you communicate more effectively with your members, and so our partners understand what is expected from their advertisements. Any company running advertisements on the freeforums.org network must agree and comply with these guidelines. These are subject to change at anytime, and we reserve the right to waive these guidelines at any time.

Advertising Guidelines

1. Language and image content
   • Provocative images are not permitted
   • Ads may not contain or promote adult content. This includes nudity, sexual terms and/or images of people in positions or activities that are excessively suggestive or sexual.
   • Ads may not contain or promote offensive, profane, vulgar, obscene, or inappropriate language.
2. Prohibited Content
   • Tobacco products
   • Gambling, including without limitation any online casino, sports books, bingo, or poker
   • Scams, illegal activity and/or illegal contests, pyramid schemes, or chain letters
   • Uncertified pharmaceutical products
   • Adult friend finders or dating sites with a sexual emphasis
   • Adult toys, videos, or other adult products
   • Inflammatory religious content
   • Politically religious agendas and/or any known associations with hate, criminal and/or terrorist activities
   • Alcohol, Liquor, and Spirits
   • Pop-ups, pop-unders of any kind
   • Redirecting ads
   • Expanding ads
   • Non-user initiated audio ads
   • Adware/spyware
   • Landing pages containing any of the above content

FreeForums.org does not allow the above content at all, regardless of whether or not an ad complies with company or local government regulations. Any violations or questions can be emailed to support@freeforums.org.
